New EU 747-200 operation
Ermm.... Turkey isn't in the EU.
This could be an operator called Ocean Airlines (?) based at Brescia, Italy. I believe that they are getting 2 ex LH 747-200's for scheduled cargo ops.
I think that there's a French operator with same or very similar name, but they are a regional operator(?).

May be it's a stupid question, but Orex website http://www.orexaircargo.com/AIRCRAFT-SPECS.ASP shows their A300F maindeck config as 13x 88"x125".
I always thought A300F is either 20x 88"x125" or 14x 96"x125"?

here is the answer
(c) Air Cargo News
A NEW Belgium-based B747-200 full freighter operation entitled Primair has been founded by seven individuals, each with experience of the freight forwarding industry, a statement reveals.
Its aim is to provide "a cost-cutting air transport operation" via a Belgian-registered airline named Albatros Air, serving gateways on the African continent.
Primair will offer cargo capacity to both west and east Africa from Brussels International airport and plans to maintain "personal relationships" with its customers and suppliers.
"This objective commits Primair to arrange for the commercialisation itself, with the exception of an exquisite sales agent here and there, who will meet the aforesaid policy," the statement adds.
