Post Office were meant to announce contract results middle of August, however just like a letter with a first class stamp it has been delayed till middle of September!!! Some companies have already booked hangar inputs for QC conversions and their share price is on the up. New routes and A/C due to start Oct 1st.

So what effect will this have on companies like Emerald and BAC Express as quite a lot of their work is Royal Mail too.

Does this mean we are going to see these companies cutting back jobs?

Royal Mail was 28% of Emeralds Business. Its a hell of a chunk to lose in one go!

And approx 50% of BAC's.

Has Emerald received any termination of contract notices? Cos apparently BAC hasn't yet and their managers don't seem very concerned by it!

Is the Benair referred to, the same freight forwarding company that is part of the Dart group?

Air Mail, depends if you brought at the peak! Employ a stop/loss and be brutal, it is only a bit of paper that is worth? what someone else will pay for it!. So what is to become of Diddyland and Janes?
