Naughty B777

The culture has shifted alright
And yes the Company should take absolute responsibility.!

Pretty sure you summed it up right there PC, tool...

Dilbert68 27th Feb 2019 16:01

Investigate, threaten and itimidate all you like PC.

Every sickness occurance will be accompanied by a note from a medical doctor. I'm sure they will appreciate you questioning their medical opinion.

Still trying the big stick approach instead of actually adressing the issues that are causing the problem. Any of you 9th floor muppets ever have an original idea?

betpump5 27th Feb 2019 17:06

The 777 FOs simple don't have enough days off. Especially as many have stopped getting those W patterns.

The real world sucks...

mngmt mole 27th Feb 2019 18:26

Dilbert...with the 9th floor muppets that we have (and those on the 3rd), is it any wonder this airline is in such chaos? We have managed to promote everyone up there to at least one or two levels beyond their competence levels. Hence, we suffer from them doing everything BUT that which is desperately needed. This lot makes the Titanic seem a minor accident...

If a pilot can fly 900 hours a year, which is 100% productive, yet does it whilst being absent 10% of they are in effect 110% productive.

Management should get a bonus for the productivity achieved.

Dan Buster 27th Feb 2019 19:18

...where the absence rate is almost double that of the Airbus and 747.
Looks like the Airbus and B747 crews need to pick up their game! :}

Dan Buster 27th Feb 2019 19:24

it’s vital that we self-regulate our fitness with each other in mind.
what does that even mean?

Threethirty 27th Feb 2019 19:39

It means neglect your fitness for the greater good. Pravda.

Slasher1 27th Feb 2019 21:02

Funny thing is when you try to hit a real problem with a stick you usually get hit back with a much bigger stick.

Just going to fire up the popcorn popper, sit back, enjoy life, and watch the Company once again step on its schlong.

cannot 27th Feb 2019 21:38

well Iím regulating my fitness with others in mind , i.e. I donít fly with a cold or sore throat because I have no desire to pass on my germs to my fellow crew members

Dan Buster 27th Feb 2019 23:49

Watch the sickness rates go through the roof once the POS18 guys get on the flightdeck and are regularly flying sick to get their monthly productivity pay, and we all catch their colds.

TurningFinalRWY36 28th Feb 2019 00:16

Any COS18 guys on the line yet? Curious to hear what they have to say

RAT Management 28th Feb 2019 01:44

PC has just demonstrated how retarded this whole situation is. OMG. WHAT A JOKE.

RAT Management 28th Feb 2019 02:10

Oh by the way. Get every sick cert endorsed with "fit to fly as pax". It sends the A team on a wild goose chase looking thru I'd travel logs.

Dan Buster 28th Feb 2019 02:21

Intimidation, Threats, Bullying.
Just another FOPS Weekly Update.

Dan Winterland 28th Feb 2019 04:20

Pilots working harder with the introduction of CMP. Sickness rates gone up. Hmmmmm! I wonder if there's a link?

smogluver 28th Feb 2019 05:46

Considering most 777 pilots are on 900 hours a year I think the sickness rate is quantified. That tool, talking about FRMS etc has his small rango looking noggin buried in his nether region

plainpilot11 28th Feb 2019 06:02

Whot eye herd iz that thu triple 7 iz overstaphed and there taking peyelits oph uf it. This at a recent phleet phorum.

This would make interesting reading on your sick note from the doctor " sick to the back teeth of my employer".

recommend 3 months off to recover.

Natca 28th Feb 2019 06:52

Can we say this place is turning into the next EK? Except its not a dilusional government rather a diulsional board of governors?
