IFALPA Recruitment Ban...

They have 250h and are looking for their first job.
If not for CX, they would go for a P2F scheme. Do you really think they care about a recruitment ban?

Before applying a new recruitment ban, maybe assess the 'effectiveness' of the last one? Something about doing the same thing and expecting a different result, what was that word again? :hmm:
