Looks like we would have the new runway before we have the new system ready.

What is the relationship between 3 runway and new system :confused:

@Captain Dart
The problem is the 'glass wall' and Bizarro World's airspace north of HKIA. Until the PLAAF relent to fly their MiG copies elsewhere, and allow Western style ATC procedures and airspace design, laying more concrete will not be much use. :ok::ok::ok: @Ocean Person I was walking about with my buddy chum pal the senior government official...... LMFAO.... "Blah blah blah blah... those are our boys up there". BWAHAHAHAHAHA.... omfg.... best laugh I've had all week. Flawless translation from putonghua and a mouthful of dumplings no doubt. LMFAO.... So, I was slamming back some Bombay Sapphires and tonic on rocks with my bestest drinking buddy CY Leung the other day and I said apropos of nothing, "You know CY, you must be one of the most hated c:mad:nts in all of Hong Kong and he said, "F:mad:k em." True story. LMFAO...... |
If the third runway can call for more traffic, we better dump the crap we bought and buy a smarter system........second thought, no, we should save the money. Don't give aesd any more chance to waste the taxpayers' money.

Controller find very hard to manage moderate traffic on the new system, how can they survive under busy scenarios in particular to weather deviation conditions. Is it the third runway built for more aeroplanes? The third runway is built under a very congested airspace that I wonder how much is the cost benefit.

We hate dauphin that's why we build the third runway.
|
Personally I don't particularly dislike the heir apparent to the throne of France - but I hear that the 3rd runway will become the new 2nd runway after the existing 2nd runway becomes the ex 2nd runway as soon as the replacement 2nd runway is complete...... as it's sinking? Confirmation anyone?

same discussion going on in London, a 3rd runway in Heathrow is all very well, but what are you going to do wit them all once they get in the air?!

Our Boys:

I am rather pleased to read your remarks (#24 10 Dec 2015) re my earlier post about "our boys up there". It shows you took it on board and that's good. There are a lot more of our boys up there now and I could give you some up to date statistics but I won't bother as I don't want to overload you. O.P. |
