Just spent two hours fighting 'ijourney'. Too hard - bought full fare tickets with another airline. Why is nobody accountable?

This morning I could not get on...tonight it says that there are no flights...have we shut down the airline? Or just cancelled all flight?

happened to me last week, phone 2***2195, the chappie on the other end, got it sorted.:D
Some tech issue with iJourney not cross loading some flights from main system. If you phone the usual staff travel number, no joy:ugh:
