Maybe not a Good choice at KA ???
:{ To KA or not raises a good question but look at this ....
1. 14 roster changes in 5 days 2. Always away from home 3. Movements or laughable IOC too busy to ACARS 4. NO pilots so Aircraft stranded at outports 5. OTP below 30% apparently (hush that up) 6. Sickness with drivers & CCrew outrageous 7. Imposition of fuel 'directives' 8. Persecution of sick crew & when on Days off 9. Out of hours harassment of guys & gals 10. Mis-managers taking Tng pay & Manager pay but won't work weekends yet expect everyone else to do so 11. Use of blocked numbers & devious means to force crews to pick up telephones :* 12. 100'ds of CCrew resigning due to institutional lack of respect towards them although they are great 13. Blaming of everyone but the mis-management don't know how to look inwards & solve problems Roll on :ok: CX or Air China..... It can ONLY get BETTER !!! :E Make your own decision but do make an informed one :{:confused: |

Future for KA?
KA CC launched a sick-out yesterday. Heard figures around 100 called sick. On time peformance on Thurday around 12% and still no action or ideas from management how to solve all the problems.
It doesn't look good!! |
