I think Laser eye surgery will effectively prohibit you from gaining a HK medical. A quick search of the boards using 'laser eye surgery hong kong' found some recent postings on this.
However there has been some shift (as I understand it) since Nov last year from ICAO on eyesight requirements, so this may have some bearing on the issue....
