When 85% is the same as 100%

When 85% is the same as 100%
Seems Ronald has a a small maths problem but apparently under Cantonese interpretation, 100% is actually 85%.
The Swire mahjong room is laughing at the stupid gweilo’s who think 100% is 100%.
Looks like the mainland statistics bureau has been called in to handle the ‘Ronald’s’ communications.
From now on, ‘Ronald’s’ numbers should be treated just like the mainland numbers, 100% factually correct…..or is that 85%?
But dont worry, the Swire board has 100% support for Ronald.
