KA Salary Scale question
What is the difference between a Junior First Officer, First Officer, and Senior First officer on the salary scale and what is the requirement to reach each level? Same question for the Captain and Senior Captain positions. Do you start at year one when you advance to the next level even if you have been with the company longer? Thanks.
