Is it time?
Isn't it time you took a stand? The company just pocketed nearly a billion dollars in profit. How much of that will managers get? Don't forget, they already had their previous salaries reinstated. Not this year, but two years ago!
If the company were asking you to sign cos18 today, my guess is that no one would be doing it. How is that any different than asking now for fair compensation and a proper contract?
They're short of staff today, but they won't be next year. If you don't act now, you'll have squandered your best shot.
