Freighter and passenger questions
Hello again. Was called for the second interview but can't go until November. Hope the ban is over by then, I am still going to honor it. Just me. Anyway, interested in the type of flying on US freighter and passenger. I am a single dude and would like to see the world again.
1) If based in US (JFK, ORD, ANC, LAX) do you just fly to Hong Kong and back? or beyond also. Is there an option if you want to fly extra?
2) What are the rosters like. 4 on 4 off?
3) Are there monthly bidlines or assignments based on seniority?
4) How does the 42 days annual leave work? Is it in addition to your normal monthly days off and how do you request it?
Got to say that Cathay looks like a good job all in all if hired and the ban ends. From what I see abroad, China, EVA, Singapore, Cathay is a leader in the expat arena. Thank you all again.
