What a sad end to your career..
In other news, bottom seniority SO in April this year has jumped in seniority by 344 spaces in about 6 months..
That is almost two spaces a day.

Even last month was around 55. This was from the start of the list. Base closures... Add in a few of the FO's and SO's leaving the back end would have to be much higher. Many people looking at EK/FZ as a way out. This number will only keep accelerating now.

The problem being they still perceive the airline as overmanned. So until there’s a major exodus that uses up all the people who arent flying or are doing very little there will be no incentive for change. Especially so as those in a position to effect change probably aren’t sipping their lattes in PB.

The DEFO's don't help either. Halts progression for some of the FOs and basically all SOs. For single guys & girls it may be possible and a step up from the last job, but if you already have a family its impossible to live here in any reasonable way as an SO.
