Haha
We won’t be getting an new simulator instructors any time soon as they are currently in closed loop complaining about their hotel room humidity and the fact they are getting too many G days upon completion!

The 35 sim instructors we’re not really chasing pay, they did this gig to keep themselves active. Money was not a motivator for most of them. Now for them to resign, what does that tell you about the package?

Yeah right , a 25 year old has more real world experience than a seasoned Captain who goes on to become a sim instructor . There may be some exceptions, there are to every generality but I would take a seasoned sim instructor over an FO any day. This is not a criticism of F.O’s we have some excellent aviators . Just my thoughts

Bueno Hombre
This is not about just "knowledge", that's more suited to math instructors.. Experience, expertise and the ability to "impart" those qualities NOT just "book knowledge is what they should be looking for re instructors.
Seems BH (and CX generally) are ok with the destruction of a meritocracy in lieu of "qualified" and known trained professional instructors... Cheap, cheap, cheap..........
