How long people should expect to hear from HR team?

To the OP. If this isn't Flame-bait which it certainly seems to be, don't you want to ask yourself why is this company advertising for pilots and even recruiting a small handful when they are laying hundreds of their own current aircrew off? If that's not an alarm bell when looking at a potential employer I don't know what is. Or is your shinny jet syndrome that bad?
