And just when you thought it couldn't get worse in HKG, ORAC has a news item on Jetblast of note.

Visiting China about ten years ago I was assured by a Chinese member of the university staff that the government can change anything they please.
For example, despite the law that says if temperatures go over 35 degrees, workers must be allowed to go home, the official instrument has never shown such a high measurement.
