DFO wants you to vote NO
The current DFO does not own this deal and was not part of its formation. The former DFO owns the deal and will pull the bonus if it is signed and sealed by 01Apr.
Jellyfish wants you to vote NO, so he can step in and be seen to be the company saviour (and pull the bonus) when he gets the deal done. He has money in the pot and the approval from COSDO to use it.
