Debentures up too

And don't forget that for those with children and depending upon which school you try for entry then you will have to find the money for a debenture. The German Swiss school for example want $500,000. It is refundable but you still have to find it. Others have a $70,000 debenture which isn't refundable.

Good luck trying to find a school that charges the "ESF rate".
I have never heard of one.

DC is increasing their fees to 167,000 plus 7200 building fee. 6 years ago we were paying 78,000...way above the education allowance.

Most expensive real estate just got more expensive . Up % 5 last quarter making it %16 for last 12 months . (SCMP) .

That's the genius of CX management: attract people to the most expensive city on earth while at the same time, without a housing allowance, condemning them and their families to live in an apartment that is smaller than most UK car parking spaces. Surely applicants can see the attraction in this....?
