Tax Adviser Recommendation

I wondered if anyone might have a good recommendation for a tax adviser ? This is sort of related to an inheritance matter.

For HK.
Situation is an inheritance but it is a bit more complicated than that. Just need to see if there is any HK tax liability arising on any "income" into HK. A slightly educated guess suggests not but I want to be sure.
I live in the UK but am trying to sort it out for my sister who is in HK.
