The KA GMF bullyboy approach.
The KA GMF has flipped his lid, blown a fuse and then had a few, before posting his demeaning vitriolic rant as part of his weekly update. Not happy eh? We all know you are nearing retirement, and we all know you have little to loose by lambasting the DPA that ironically, you were once the proud president of. You were once representing the very pilots who you now ridicule.
You abuse your position of authority to lambast the pilot COS representatives, who are trying to preserve the livelihood of all DPA members. It appears you are on a personal vendetta to preserve one thing: Your retirement bonus. Yes that gastly payoff you have been hanging on in there, through various illnesses, to collect. Luck you. Greedy .
Many thanks for the offer of the 0% increase in pay fixed for 2 years. Its an offer I can personally live without. Literally.
I sir, also have nothing to loose . Im not interested in preserving your retirement bonus. I view the wellness my family and my colleagues higher. Senior managers have earned huge amounts whilst presiding over the rot that has afflicted KA and its current employees. They should give back, don't take that bonus, give it to our colleagues who maybe affected by the 30% cuts. As suggested in the weekly update, as to the reason pilots do not deserve or warrant a pay adjustment inline with inflation. Thats all.

Might not be working with us but definitely drinking with our guys.
Most KA pilots, at least those who still read management propaganda, share that view and trust DPA to act in our interest.
Even those who were against contract compliance last time see it as the only option we have today.

The company will have the last laugh. 3 years on & no medical review, but they , the company, agreed to this. 3 years ago.
How big is the GMF's bonus ?
Im betting around 3 million $.
Any advances?
Should pay for a few race horses for his daughter to play with.
He does wear a very goofy grin, but do not be fooled.

Remember, he is one of us (B-scale expat pilot and DPA member).
He can do much more for the boys and girls from the inside than from the outside.

KaHaha, do you mean the ka DFO?
There is a difference, but not much : The DFO is a snied two faced laughing hyena , who stabs his friends in the back and front. He hates the DPA, apparently, and is on the retirement bonus bandwagon.
The GMF is a jumped up middle manger of no particular portfolio, except to slash n burn anyone who violates an SOP .
Either way, both of the same mould and both take zero responsibility except to themselves and their bonus.
Hopless sycophants, Fire the lot .

"Hopeless sycophants, fire the lot".
Krone,
Are you saying, don't worry about the lot, that they have had it far too good for far too long?

Yep its the DO I meant not the GMF. But hey , kill two birds with one stone . The GMF cant wait for the DO to retire so he can move on up. Bonu$ bonu$ time .
Interesting that the DO is saying that the pilots are well paid and can therefore take a pay freeze for two years. Why not 5 years or no payrise ever? Lets face it, the little people are the ones looking down the barrel of the 30% reduction of headcount costs, and wether or not theres a pilot pay freeze will not save 'em.
But the KADO cares little. He will be long retired on his ranch and racehorses in Mauritius after the 2 year pay freeze is
Inplace .
Remember , those of you in your 20s will take the greatest hit if you vote to accept nothing .

Seems the DPA have acted like the DO's puppy: they have sat up and begged, rolled over , being given a tidbit and then obeyed their master. What a disgrace. If this represents The pilot group of KA, you are the real Cathay Pathetic.
