Before you vote yes...read the USAOA TA
Go see what the US AOA TA looks like. Without ever resorting to any contract compliance and training ban.
Try to find Clause 7, the one the company said was "standard" language. See if the company can "cancel" RPs whenever they want. See the pay raise. See what the company can't impose on their own ever again. See it all.
Still think this HKG TA is the "best we could get?
Why does the company get away with what they do in HKG? Because "Yes" voters are not to bright, fear their own shadow, and voluntarily accept it.
It's on the HKAOA forum now, in the "Weak" thread, and making its way around by email.
Plus a NYC 777 base with credit hours averaged over 2 months.
