Here we go , does this sound familiar ? KA Pilots fail to resolve industrial issues / contractual negotiations with management.

Sounds very similar to me , management afraid to lose face but ok about snippin away at your contract , don't let it happen, stick togethor or else you will no longer have a set of conditions that you joined with !!!.

Sounds like the 2 HK airlines have got togethor and had a strategy meeting, one bunch of monkeys teaching another how to do things !!! .
