HKPA will be increased with or without a vote, they need to improve it to stop the junior guys leaving.

The following will be used to swing the vote

- HKPA back pay
- 25yr housing or something along those lines (not many votes)

If that's the case, is a vote then just a mere formality? And what about when the same GC is split as they were with this agreement? Or you don't think the possibility exists that some in the GC have their own personal agenda and influenced others? I wouldn't be so blind and Gung-Ho. We are represented by the union, we voted for the leadership, they assembled a team to negotiate over many months going back and forth with our best interest in mind.

The vote is there as a final stop-gap in case the negotiating team has lost the plot.
