Fear mongering

The idiots that spread company initiated rumour of a coo intervention is doing the company's bidding! It's their strategy of putting some uncertainty into the air so people would take the deal! Classic bait and hook!

Don't be idiots playing into their hand! See their tricks for what they are!

Stand your ground.

You guys living in lala land, or are you that naive and stupid to think that a hastened agreement is going to bring any positive change to Rostering. Exactly how long have you been here?

HKPA will be increased with or without a vote, they need to improve it to stop the junior guys leaving.

The following will be used to swing the vote

- HKPA back pay
- 25yr housing or something along those lines (not many votes)
- Age 65, for Cos99

This may be unpopular with the cool kids that always speak out, however I believe I'm speaking for the majority when I say:-

The GC and NC worked there butts off and when the deal hasn't been good enough they've flat turned it down. If they are presenting something, it's going to be the best they believe we can get!!!

It's a yes from me and the majority unless something really **cks me over personally(which I can't see happening).

GOOD JOB GC and NC!!!

Many Thanks!!

Amen. Well done guys!

It would have been easier to steal a jar of honey from a pack of angry bears than to get a deal from this greedy bunch.

So, it's all about YOU and not the majority? Do you understand what a UNION is?

If that's the case, is a vote then just a mere formality? And what about when the same GC is split as they were with this agreement? Or you don't think the possibility exists that some in the GC have their own personal agenda and influenced others? I wouldn't be so blind and Gung-Ho. As someone pointed out on the AoA forum, don't let 2 years go to waste.

Absolutely unless it **cks me over personally. That is why there is a vote, if it **cks the majority over it won't get through.

I believe it won't. I believe it will be the best we can get at this time.

Let's just wait, read it and then pass judgement.

Again, thanks GC and NC

Yea, the vote should be a formality.
We are represented by the union, we voted for the leadership, they assembled a team to negotiate over many months going back and forth with our best interest in mind.

The vote is there as a final stop-gap in case the negotiating team has lost the plot.

If you don't trust our negotiating team, why are you even in the union?

Cowardly Pilot.

If you signed up on HKPA then you have already been $&@ked over personally, but you did it to yourself.

Before you vote anything let's read what's on offer, Think about it 100 times. Let's see how this will affect ALL of us in 2,5,10,15 years time. Think about again. Then vote.
Personal gains are there for certain groups and CX uses that to vote through inferior conditions.

It will most certainly be the best we can get at this time, if it's voted in!
