Trouble is, they're so cheap, they are easily replaced. The term is 'churning' I believe.

"Home goal", Wtf is that?

Seems quite obvious that what we have here is a spoilt Local (who thinks he can speak engrish) who ironically can't land in a 10kt xwind, and expects everything to be given to him and spoon fed.

Why even give this clown the time of day???

Hook, line, and sinker. You've sure reeled them in good xwind.

Mr Fox. You can hold the 'clever' remark. It's either one of two things: Either he's a know-nothing cadet who's just arrived. Or he's a management plant. Either way, both retorts apply: Either shut up and learn something about the history and efforts of your more senior colleagues, or if management, know that nothing you and your associates do will change the eventual outcome: the airline burns...

Not so foxy, mrfox. Whether it's a wind-up or not, the responses here are valid. Maybe your 'reeled in' comment is a wind-up itself?

Wind-up or not, the OP can consider himself 'flamed', and you can slink back to your foxhole.

You are so right of course. Must be since you say so.
My immature self shall now "slink back", as you suggest, and allow my esteemed senior collegues to "flame on".
I thank you for your service on the harsh frontlines of pprune.

Xwind & co.: refer to the 340+ pages on the Wannabes forum whereby 99.9% of the pilots with "experience" (google it) and "credentials" (google it also) warned you of, told you about, advised you against and directed you away from the CX C-scale iCadetship. But you in your infinite SJS and spiky gelled hair wisdom knew better. You and your fellow Children of the Magenta told us all to shut up because #supercoolflyingdudewannabes knew better.

You asked for it. You got it.

Now reap all that you've sown. How can you possibly dream to ask to be taken seriously when YOU are a direct result of the downward pressure on the rest of CX's T's & C's? Cheap is what cheap does.

The other option, and it's been a while coming, is we wind up the AOA, dissolve it. And everyone negotiates with the company based on what they think they are worth in the current pilot employment market. What would another widebody operator be willing to pay a 200 hr CPL holder with a P2X rating? bearing in mind they could train up their own in 6-12 months, as most do.

Just a thought.
