All KA ground staff already have it, CX deliberately left most of the KA crew out.

So do all the 747 f drivers that left KA to join CX in 2006 with there original KA DOJ, looking at other mergers, it seams quite normal for staff travel DOJ's to be merged, trust CX to make it complicated with there "good for some but not for all" mentality..
