They (CX) were the ones who felt it necessary to remind the HKAOA of rule 20.4 and the obligation to hold a vote at the cessation of negotiations. Therefore, I presume they wanted the vote. It was again CX who put an artificial date, 15 July 2015, on the "extension" of RPs. When the HKAOA wisely chose to utilize the full voting period allowed under the rules, they have again extended RP07 until voting closes in August in a definite "blink" or "tell". AT has bluffed in an effort to coerce the pilot group and create very low expectations. She will now face a high 90s% NO vote. You think she will impose in the face of that, I think not. She will then ask for more negotiations. Our negotiators will then go back into the room with far more leverage than in the last go around. Let's not settle for a slightly less worse version of RP15. We deserve better, MUCH better.
Stick together, stick to CC, and compensate for the loss of control over your roster by whatever means necessary. Record unfitness rates are not only a byproduct of roster instability, but also incredibly helpful while in CC. Get a physician's note. Commute wisely, they are looking to make examples of you if you are trying to squeeze out a bit more time with loved ones.
