The DFO's Plan
In the beginning there was the Plan (Roster practices),
And then came the assumptions,
And the assumptions were without form,
And the Plan then became without substance and withdrawn,
And the darkness was upon the faces of the employees (especially the Boeing fleet),
And they spoke amounts themselves, saying,
"It's a crock of !!!! and it stinks!"
And the employees went to the DCP saying "It is a pail of dung and none may abide by the odour thereof",
And the DCP went to the CP saying "It is a container of excrement and it is very strong such that none that may abide by it",
And the CP went to the GMA saying "It is a vessel of fertilizer and none may aside by its strength",
And the GMA went to the DFO saying "It contains that which aids plant growth and is very strong",
And the DFO went to the COO saying "It promotes growth and is very powerful",
The COO went to the Board of Directors saying "This New Plan will actively promote growth and efficiency of this organisation"
And the Board of Directors looked upon the Plan and saw that it was good and would become policy.
And this is how !!!! happens. And we end up with RP15.
