US Passport Holder Tax in HK

Guys,
Just trying to understand the tax issues here and see what everyone else is doing and or deducting with the new CX rules.

So I get/understand the 330 day Foreign tax exclusion. For money above that amount, does Hong Kong allow an exemption for money taxed elsewhere, or just the amount of tax paid?

For next year I am going to miss the 330 day rule, do I pay double tax fully.... so basically 42 percent tax give or tax with deductions? What is everyone else doing?
