Well one thing, that has become obvious during CC, is that the slowing down of G day workers to a near halt has ended up with EFP going into the correct pay packets of those that are rostered to work the days and not just "Beer Money" for those who have nothing to do with their days off.

It would seem everyone wins.

Yes I agree, last month was my first overtime month in over a year!

CC is perhaps the best situation we have seen in years. crewless no longer shout at us and are generally almost pleasant and modest EFP is most welcome, however I would prefer a pay rise in line with inflation, something the remainder of CX don't realise we did not receive.

PM is selfish and his posts on the other forum are merely self serving, is he batting for the opposition? If his posts smell of management then they probably come from management.
