I'm sure "The Men Who Stare at Goats" on the 3rd floor have our health first and foremost. I know they will not let this happen to us!!!! I wonder what checks have been done on our Cabin Air Quality to ensure we are safe in our work place.

It's happened to two other of our guys besides the one you mention in Australia.
It's been called "the asbestos of aviation."
No airline, engine manufacturer, airframe manufacturer or oil refiner wants to admit this problem exists.
I reported a vaporized engine oil inhalation event and it was not taken seriously.

Just document all events boys. Make sure you go to the doctor, and make sure you correspond on all matters relating to any event.

There is an increasing number of vaporized engine oil events being reported, crews donning oxygen masks and getting tested for TCP.
