MTR staff work-to-rule on Thursday
"Two MTR Corporation staff unions say they will start work-to-rule action on Thursday because they are unhappy with the management's offer of a 5.25 percent average pay increase for staff. The unions had earlier demanded an increase of at least 6.5 percent.
Union leaders said their action would not affect services at this stage. "
