Legal action about a "user" name...hardly.
411A offers alternative opinion and does not "attack" anyone. If that opinion is not shared by (some) others...tough beans. Still is my opinion.
The general discussion about CX and their "problems" always seems one-sided...management are the "bad" guys and the pilots the "good" guys. Seems to me that this not completely true.
Over a year ago 411A offered a possible solution. As hard-nosed tactics by the AOA were not likely to succeed in labor law unfriendly Hong Kong...why noy try to convince the CX shareholders that labor problems with flight crews would lead to lower profits in the long run.
Wonder if this was tried? Suspect not.
Certainly the so-called "ban" has not, as comments from many others on this august forum have indicated.
Some CX pilots think that they are entitled to the same pay and conditions at US carriers. What they fail to realise is that they are unlikely to achieve this for one very simple reason...the AOA simply does not have the muscle of ALPA in the USA. End of story.

As usual, the "airline mogul" has hijacked a thread and is using it as his personal soapbox. The sad retiree can't help himself. Looks like a job for CAPTAIN UNDERPANTS!!
