CX concession confirmed ticket is a joke!
Tried to book a "CONCESSION" priority 4 ticket for my family to Tokyo. HKG to HND sector will set you back $3000 and the return sector from HND to HKG will cost you a whopping $9800!!
Out of curiosity, I went to the CX public site to have a look. Guess what. The exact same return tickets will only cost you $6000 and you get to earn 3600 Asia miles as well!! WTF !!!???

12wheeler,
I think you are giving people the impression you are booking PRI4 FOC, what you are purchasing are ID50 confirmed tickets.
If you look at the best one way internet fares for each sector, they are very close the ID50 one way. The return ticket is always a lot cheaper.
The ID50 ticket you are quoting is fully refundable and changeable, the internet fare is not. The cheap internet fares typically have a 20% of the fare price no show or change fee.

Compared to other carriers...CX staff travel is a joke. As I recall it all changed after the cabin crew were caught selling ID Travel tickets to passengers.
CX profits from staff travel. Yet a few changes could help morale. It is means of dictatorial control...and they are the dicks.
"The beatings will continue until morale improves"
