CX Pilot schedule?

Hello

A few questions if i may.
1.. Flying to somewhere Like LON,CDG,SFO would it be a 4 day trip and DEL,BOM,SYD are these night stop or turn arounds?
2.. Flying in and around Asia how many flights would you do in a day?
3.. how much time do you have between say 2 ULH or LH and a regional flight??

Thanks in advance
SB

1. Yes and yes, as far as I know.
2. Max three sectors a day.
3. Minimum of 3 days off after long haul.

Cheers!

1. Expect one night (typically 22-30h rest), sometimes 2 (depends if you get a full bodyclock night or not)
2. Two or three sectors. Hkg-sin-hkg or hkg-dac-han-hkg or hkg-pvg-hkg-kul- layover etc... varies from fleet to fleet, with the season, with the number of crew, sickness rate, etc....
3. 3-4-5 rule. Just kidding. After a long haul, 3 days or more, unless it's to Australia

Only 'hard' rule is 84h a month.
The rest is a joke (roster disruption is used all the time to accommodate 'soft' rules)
