ICAO English Examiner

Rather than checking aviation English, the use of Grammar, pronunciation, ability to listen to a readability of 3's recording of an Indian then American mumbling slangs and testing to a linguistic level? does not quite fit the Aviation operational objective...

Does the examiner have any aviation experience at all?
what is the purpose of ICAO English nowadays?
