Bangkok Airways / CX to Start Codeshare Service

Bangkok Airways / Cathay Pacific to Start Codeshare Service from Nov 2013

Update at 0800GMT 29OCT13

Cathay Pacific and Bangkok Airways will launch reciprocal codeshare service, covering service between Hong Kong and Thailand. Reservation for codeshare service opened on 28OCT13, for travel on/after 04NOV13. Planned codeshare routes as follow.

Bangkok Airways operated by Cathay Pacific PG4550 – 4599 Series
Hong Kong – Bangkok Suvarnabhumi

Cathay Pacific operated by Bangkok Airways CX6500 – 6599 Series
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi – Chiang Mai
Bangkok Suvarnabhumi – Krabi
Hong Kong – Koh Samui

Bangkok Air is one of the best airlines in this part of Asia.

Love when I can travel with them.

Agreed. I've used them a handful of times.

They should send our staff travel counter staff (most of them that is; there are some good ones) on an exchange with Bangkok Airways staff to learn how to become part of the team.

When I last went to Koh Samui, one of the girls in the HKG office told me to send her an email before my return to flight to HKG and she would confirm the loads. I did and she did. Great service.
