ID90 Thai Airways?

No more ID90 on Thai? Seems agreement expired Oct 10th, and flights cannot be selected on MYIDTravel.

Makes commuting more complicated

It was mentioned a couple of weeks ago in an update. The outage is for 4 weeks and any tickets purchased prior to the outage are still useable, although only till their expiry , 3 months after issue.

edit: meant to say 4 months not weeks.

I would never defend CX or Uncle Bob...but in fairness - this time (not compared to that "one time" when they introduced the iJourney) - they gave us ample notice.

Yes they gave ample notice on this. FWIW, Uncle Bob no longer works with Benefits Svc. Center / Staff Travel.

Aloha.

Thank you for the quick replies.

Not a commuter, and now you mention it, I remember seeing it (in the flow of seemingly endless other info we are bombarded with).

I can be listed all right my MYIDTravel, just the ticket numbers issuance seems a challenge.
