Question Rosters - I think we broke them!

Given that 3 out of 4 of my remaining Aug trips are missing crew names, I'm gonna suggest that the Sep roster is late not because of the normal IT shenanigans, but rather as a distinct result of evaporating pilot availability/G-day workers (ptooey!) vs crewing requirements. Something tells me PH won't be the only Swire victim of p!ss poor management in the ensuing months.

That, and they lost 1 day due to the T8. And since it takes them 3.5 weeks to manually produce a roster, it's now running late. At least that's piss poor excuse I think they'll come out with.

It just shows how unprofessional the whole outfit is; GMF can't even raise an inter-service agreement with GMA to ensure rosters are published by COB on 15th.

If they had an equivalent of LOSA for ICM the place would be shut down tomorrow.

Late?
You speak as if it is up to people to put it together SF.
It is a fully computerised PBS that we operate with.
It's not like they have people running around up there with big sheets of paper or white boards working it out on a flight by flight basis.........

You may be right, but it's only 7.30pm. As long as it's out by midnight then it's 'on time' (in their view).
