Asia Miles @#$!

For two days now I've been trying to get through to Asia Miles. I have left messages via email to be contacted...still no reply.

Typical of CX and their service theses days!

Does anyone know of how to get to speak to someone at the centre?

Yup, the only way I've been able to get their attention is by pitching up at the Asia Miles desk at HKIA check in. The second row from the left I think, on the right. That's the only way I've been able to redeem miles for tickets, upgrades etc. Trying to call them won't work.

Good luck.

Agreed. Airport desk is the only way to go.

They are beyond impossible to ring unless you happen to be gold or diamond.

Holly Sh1t!!! I finally managed to get the guy to pick up!!! I did need to hold for 22 minutes. Then had to speak to some guy in the Philippines who did not even know what I could do and not. The good news is that I did finally manage to book my flight in a record time of 58min 22 sec!!!!

For CX and KA bookings or upgrades, you can do it online too

Always call very late or very early. If possible use the web site first. If you follow these rules you'll find it quite easy. For non-CX/KA flights (one world) look at myID travel first, click on the flight number and see if there seem to be lots of "subclasses" available. That will give you some idea whether its worth trying for redemption or not.
