Are you seriously asking for a job without complete knowledge of the airline, its past, present and future direction, let alone pay? Should that not be your first thorough research topic well before even applying?
There's a few hundred pages of the CX iCadet C-Scale wannabe forum of kids desperate to apply for job without any comprehension of what the job entails for the pilot body let alone their own long term career. I'm not saying you're like that at all, just saying that as an experienced pilot you don't just take an aeroplane off and aim in the direction you think you should go. So why do the same with your career?

With the current job situation in Europe for experienced pilots I am sure a lot of unemployed guys send out possibly over 100 applications to companies they think may be hiring or even just have the same type they are rated in. If I was unemployed and needed a job I know its what I would do. 99% of these applications will not even receive a response, are you suggesting that detailed research should be done for every company these guys apply to? I know I would not bother till I had a positive answer to my application.

RESEARCH?
So maybe you're all right. I would wait til the offers came then research by both traditional means and maybe asking around fellow Professional Pilots to see what the Rumour mill had to say. If only there was a way to convert the negative energy around here into something useful. Pub time

Maybe RTFA I gave, then have a little think about it if your brain can cope with the complexity of the situation. Fcuk some people are slow. Maybe he just got the call for the interview and this is part of his research, doubt he is psychic so probably did not want to waste time researching one of the many companies that usually do not respond. Do you understand or need drawings also?

The only way to join HKE is to get your daddy to pay for you to fly. Join Lionair, forge your logbook, get a fake ATPL based on those forged hours, break your contract from Lionair so you can do the same at HKE 2 years later. Maybe you can join Lionair again and pay for your command.

You've been given your answer. Don't come. Its run by idiots, with idiots working there. If you don't like that answer, I'm sure you'll fit in fine. From Singapore eh? You're a shoe in.
Other Singaporeans have been successfully by logging multi PIC time whist flying their C152 with a friend as there were two of them aboard, or loggin "Heavy" time by flying after a big meal.
If you can forge it, they'll take you. Break out the pen.
