So you want a base? What is it worth to you? What are you willing to offer for a BNE base? LON? YVR? etc.

So why couldn't our gallant leader have divulged this information earlier? Instead, he waits until more dirty laundry is aired in public in the SCMP, hundreds of his loyal subjects are wondering what will happen to their lives having seen their French colleagues uprooted with very little notice, and morale and respect taking a notch downwards (again). Expectation Management? More like no Management at all if you ask me.
The reason for closing the Paris base was ' a significant and very short notice change to our operating plan' ??
