Looks like they've got the seat in front shielded again so you are unable to put your feet under it
so it's got extra knee room not extra leg room. Once again they never learn.
Next it'll be put on all Australia flights

Here is is...
We are delighted to announce that our new Regional Business Class will enter service in January 2013 – just a few months from now. This new product is the result of an intensive design process that involved input from many of our Marco Polo Club members to ensure you have everything you need on your business and leisure travel.
A comfortable personal space
We want you to arrive at your destination relaxed and energised after your flight, so you'll find wider seats with greater recline, a 6-way headrest and an extended legrest – all in a space that remains your own thanks to its fixed shell design. A far larger meal table and cocktail table also give you more space for working or dining.
A place for everything
We know you'll want to carry whatever you need for work or relaxation, so there's a pocket near your monitor for small personal items, storage next to your seat which is large enough for a laptop and enough space near your feet to place a handbag or laptop case.
Your choice of entertainment
Whenever you fly, you'll be able to enjoy our award-winning StudioCX inflight entertainment system, and a multiport lets you stream movies and music to a 12.1-inch Personal TV from your own iPod, iPhone or iPad.*
Our new Regional Business Class was designed with you in mind, and we look forward to welcoming you on board soon. For more details, please visit the Cathay Pacific website.
Yours sincerely,

So, a touch panel TV which is stuck in the back of the seat 47 inches away!!!
You couldn't make this up!!!
I hear from the new GMIS that the PEY punters are now asking for pre-departure drinks. If they want to be treated like they are in J class, then they should buy a J class ticket. I would say that the 10 cabin crew we have on board the PEY Busses are a tad too busy for drinkey-poos.

You will be greeted with a welcome drink of champagne and juice and a hot towel
