Isn't it ironic...

...that the huge energy-hungry flat-screen TV at outbound crew Immigration, which runs continuously and emits lots of heat and carbons, and is ignored by all and sundry...

spruiks the company's 'Green' credentials .

Devil

...while you all wait in line to go off and burn hundreds of tons of a scarce natural resource in the stratosphere generating thousands of tons of greenhouse gases up where they do most harm, and all to generate monopoly profits for the Machiavellian princes of the sky.

What about the big air conditioners on the jetbridge continuously running and consuming thousands of kilowatt-hours of electricity while NOT hooked up to the aircraft (which, of course, has the APU running?)

......that the AA are running a few of the electric 'Leaf' cars as if that somehow mitigates the effect of 50 747s a day using the airport.

don't worry about it. It might not help the local smog any. But anthropogenic CO2 has absolutely nothing to do with the climate. In our old age, the naivety of the early 21st century will be a bit of a joke. And probably a bit embarrassing to anyone who paid money to Al Gore and other carbon credit traders

Just because he promotes awareness in the environment it doesn't mean he has to live in a treehouse does it?
