another month, another Iconnect roster failure ....

And have you ever filed a fault report? The IT dept. actually has the audacity to blame it on my browser setup and my internet connection. "Please retry AFTER YOU FIXED THE FAULTS IN YOUR SYSTEM" or something along these lines...
IT fault report case closed. Nobody gets in trouble. Only my blood pressure is through the roof....

2 attempts at 20:15 HKT but it worked after about 10 mins waiting. Not perfect but considering a lot of people would be flooding the server at once it's not too bad I guess.

Tried to log on a few times just now but every time I log on this message will appear:
"The number of concurrent sessions exceeds the licensed limit!"
