Yes Basil, it's 'Hello Kitty City'. Rows of cubicles with a cardigan on the back of every chair, on most desks a 'Hello Kitty' doll (you know, the mouthless feline with the bow), alone or in a 'family', and occasionally a plastic Garfield or Snoopy.
