"One Operation"
Nice one!
8 different COS and pay scales.
6 different interpretations of same.
2 different rule books.
The list goes on...... please add to it!!!!!
A new approach is required. This has been named “One Operation”. The concept of “One Operation” came about, said Chris, as what the airline had been doing up until this point could not be sustained with the expanding fleet.

Not enough crew.
Not enough engineers.
S*&t COS that no experienced pilot is interested in accepting.
No 13th month because "times are tough".
No 13th month because "there's no money in freight".
Buying a few more aircraft (which we can't crew) every Feb & March to lower the profit below the profit share threshold just in time for the profit share calculation.
Multiple different Ts & Cs for cabin crew.

kenfoggo and Saturn, you both are wrong.
It should be "someone just got caught with HIS pants down" or "HER pants down." Someone is singular. Their is plural. Non sequitur.

Just wondering what this post (on a public forum) is trying to achieve? I think it's completely gutless to bag ones employer on an anonymous forum. Do your job or **** off, it's a simple choice. (yep had a few beers)

Because: We work in one of the very few professions of extremely specialized, experienced and valuable employees who cannot just f*** off to better conditions, and our pay and career paths are based on that fact.
We already did f*** off from all our previous jobs and armed forces, one after another for up to 20 years, to finally end up here, the end of the chain of jobs at the top of the pile, among the jobs as good pilot jobs get, and now we have to keep these conditions as good as possible and keep trying to improve them.

Skillet. Agree with every word you just said (other than the 'F**k' bit...! ). Every one of us has a responsibility to support our colleagues, protect our conditions and constantly work to improve them.
