This thread, along with the recent 'IntraCx Trouble' and 'Learner's World Problems', is symptomatic of the 'cheap and nasty' IT experience for this airline's employees.
Once again, 'sorry' to the jump seat applicants; the system always seems 'busy'. And I'm sure 'roster day' will be another shambles.
I seem to recall them getting rid of some IT staff a few months ago . Hopefully, the passengers don't have the same problems with this outfit's web site that its crews do...
