What is with the "CX IE1 at Oxford last week"? Are we training cadets in Oxford and FTA now?

They've been fishing at Oxford, probably still are. I flew with a SO recently who had been approached by them in the first place, he was paying his own way there and was actively recruited for a short course at Adelaide after getting his CPL. I did suggest to him that as BA are now recruiting and as he has some airline experience that was the way to go. He agreed!

There are also some bespoke courses being done at Oxford for some of the guys who are joining us from the RAF after being made redundant - it may be referring to one of those.
