Stretching it!
Based on the limited sample of colleagues I have talked with, I would believe that 50% or even less of the leave has been allocated. I don't know one person who has received 70% of their leave allocation.
That will make next years allocation very interesting!

It doesn't matter when they think I should, or rather, shouldn't take my leave. Sure, most accept not getting all their leave, but when 50% or more is denied there will be some "self adjustment" I'm sure...

Just think what might happen if, instead of jerking off on pprune, one of the EU based pilots actually checked the EASA regulations on leave... perhaps they might find out something to their advantage...
