Why would Cathay be scared? It is a case brought against two individuals by the US Justice Dept, separate from the cargo fine that the airline received previously.

If I were those individuals though...I would be scared.

I'd be scared... I do no think Cathay can manipulate the US courts as it can the HKG courts...

But then again, maybe a few US judges would love to visit HKG in First Class...
